In 2010, our family moved to an 1898 Homestead in Orchard Prairie, a “country suburb” of Spokane, Washington. Since then, we have been putting on antique shows and barn sales here on our property. Our antique show, “Pickin’ on the Prairie” has grown by leaps and bounds, and has become a Spokane icon. It is now the largest outdoor antique show in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
We also do traveling shows. Because of our great success here in Spokane, we decided to “take the show on the road” and now have several other Pickin’ Shows
throughout the Northwest. This upcoming year’s “Pickin’ Shows”
include “Pickin’ on the Prairie” (August 19 & 20, 2017) at Joe Albi Stadium in Spokane, Washington, "Pickin' Tri-Cities" (Fall Show) at the TRAC Center in Pasco, Washington, September 16 & 17, 2017, "Pickin' Treasure Valley" at The Ford Idaho Center in Nampa Idaho (Greater Boise Area), October 28 & 29, 2017. "Pickin' Christmas" at The Greyhound Park & Event Center in Post Falls, Idaho, December 2 & 3, 2017, "Pickin' Post Falls", also at the Greyhound Park & Event Center, February 17 & 18, 2018, "Pickin' Tri-Cities"(Spring) at the TRAC Center in Pasco, Washington, April 7 & 8, 2018 and "Pickin' Boise" at Expo Idaho in Boise, Idaho, April 21 & 22, 2018. Our “Pickin’ Boise” and "Pickin' Treasure Valley" shows are the largest vintage shows in the state of Idaho and all our shows are growing rapidly each year throughout the Northwest!
We also open our barn several weekends a year for our famous barn sales. These sales earned us first place for “Best Antiques” in our local CBS Affiliate, KREM-2’s contest, “Best of Spokane”. We are also featured in the 2016 Summer issue of Prairie Style Magazine, the Spring issue of Romantic Country Magazine, the July 2016 issue of Spokane & Coeur d'Alene Living, were featured as a "readers choice" in the Spring 2017 Flea Market Style Magazine, and will be featured in an upcoming magazine (can't say yet!) this fall. I have been a guest writer for The Vintage Directory and have been featured in various newspapers throughout the Northwest. We love to go “pickin” all over the back roads of America to bring you one of a kind treasures!
